While we don't expect you'll have issues with our system, we still want to make it easy for you to be in control should something go wrong. Below are some of the most common issues that come from using Draught Dispense Systems, and suggestions on how to deal with them.

Carbonator Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Flat Drinks | CO2 Cylinder Valve is closed | Open the CO2 Valve |
| Excessive Foaming | CO2 Cylinder is empty | Change the CO2 Cylinder |
| CO2 pressure is low | Change the CO2 Cylinder | |

| Dirty Nozzle | Clean the dispense nozzle |
Taste Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Too weak or to strong | CO2 pressure is to low | Change the CO2 Cylinder |

| Off Taste | Dirty Nozzle | Clean the dispense nozzle |
| Wrong flavour connected to syrup line | Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open the dispense valve until problem is corrected |
Product Mix Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |

| No Syrup | Empty bag in box | Replace B.I.B with fresh B.I.B of same flavour |
| Line obstruction OR Faulty changeover valve where fitted | Free lines of any obstruction. Manually switch changeover valve to full B.I.B (Note - do not force the changeover valve. Ensure that a full B.I.B is connected to both sides) | |
| No Carbonator Water | Water off | Open mains water stop cock |
| CO2 cylinder valve closed | Open the CO2 cylinder valve | |
| CO2 cylinder empty | Chage the CO2 cylinder | |
| Reset button tripped | Follow reset instructions located on the cooler or carbonator | |

Temperature Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Drink too warm | Refrigeration unit not working | Check main power supply. Switch on main power to the refrigeration unit, wait 2 hours and test temperature again |
| Insufficient airflow through condenser (dirty condenser) | Clean the cooler condenser grill | |
| Insufficient airflow through condenser (grill obstruction) | Remove any objects blocking air into or out of the refrigeration unit |
